Stone Hill’s Cocoa Cider is made from the highest quality cocoa of Dong Nai. Handpressed from freshly harvested cocoa, the juice is then fermented with traditional rice yeast and aged for 12 months before bottling.
It takes over 15 kilograms of cocoas to make a single bottle of Stone Hill Cocoa Cider Spring 2015 Harvest.
We will be selling Cocoa Cider made from the harvest of Spring 2015, only 900 bottles were made.
