Process

1. Send your complaint with the order number, a description and photos/video if available.
2. Stone Hill acknowledges receipt within 24 working hours.
3. Stone Hill reviews it, proposes a solution (exchange, refund, compensation or explanation) and resolves it within 7 working days of receiving complete information.
4. If you disagree with the outcome, you may ask for a review, or turn to the consumer protection authority, mediation, arbitration or the courts as provided by law.
