Order confirmation: After an order is placed, a staff member will contact you to confirm it, or you will receive an automatic confirmation by email, before the workshop packs and ships your order. Because chocolate can melt in hot weather, shipping arrangements may be delayed to help ensure that products arrive in good condition.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer: This is the most common advance payment method for orders placed directly through the Stone Hill website and allows us to process orders promptly.

Cash on delivery (COD): Available for customers who prefer to pay upon delivery.

Insulated packaging: Pure chocolate products such as Tree to Bar Dark Chocolate can melt or change texture when exposed to high temperatures. Orders placed through the website are therefore carefully packed with insulating materials to reduce the effects of hot weather during transit.

Flexible dispatch times: To help preserve product freshness and avoid orders being held in storage over holidays—when cooling systems at delivery depots may not operate continuously—Stone Hill may adjust dispatch times based on the recipient’s location.

Delivery within Ho Chi Minh City: Express and expedited delivery options are available. Customers in Ho Chi Minh City receive free shipping on orders valued at VND 1,000,000 or more.

5. PRODUCT INSPECTION

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange or return during the delivery inspection, or within the applicable period if they discover any of the following issues:

Damage during shipping: Chocolate has melted severely or changed shape; packaging is torn, dented, or peeling; or the damage directly affects the hygiene or safety of the product inside.

Order errors: The delivered product is not the type or variant ordered—for example, a cocoa drink is delivered instead of Tree to Bar Dark Chocolate—or the quantity is less than stated on the paid invoice.

Product condition and evidence: Returned or exchanged products must retain their original labels and seals and must be unused. Customers must provide a clear unboxing video or photographic evidence.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges when the correct product has been delivered in good condition but the customer has changed their mind.

Resolution and Refund Methods

Product exchange: Stone Hill will arrange a replacement order with the requested product type and quantity. Due to chocolate storage requirements, redelivery may take 2–5 days, depending on the destination.

Refund: If a replacement is unavailable or the customer does not wish to receive a replacement, the refund will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account after both parties confirm that the order cancellation process is complete.
