This policy covers personal data collected by Ca Cao Nong Lam Company Limited (Stone Hill) via stonehill.vn, under the 2025 E-commerce Law, Decree 248/2026/ND-CP and Vietnamese personal data protection law.

1. Purpose

Processing and delivering orders, order confirmation, e-invoicing, customer care, complaint handling and (only with your consent) marketing.

2. Scope

Name, phone, email, delivery address, invoicing details (if any), order history, messages you send us; technical data such as IP address and essential cookies. We never collect or store card details or banking passwords.

3. Retention

Order and invoice data are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law (at least 10 years for accounting records). Account data are kept until you ask us to delete them. Marketing data are deleted when you withdraw consent.

4. Who can access

Stone Hill staff handling orders; carriers (name, phone, delivery address only); our e-invoice provider and web host (Hostinger); competent authorities upon lawful request. We do not sell personal data.

SSL/HTTPS encryption, access control, two-factor authentication for admin accounts, regular backups and security monitoring.

7. Your rights

You can view and edit your details under My Account, and request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, withdraw consent or object by emailing info@stonehill.vn. We reply within 72 hours and act within the time limits set by law.
