Payment methods

• Cash on delivery (COD): pay the courier in cash when you receive and inspect the goods.
• Bank transfer (TPBank): account details and the transfer reference are shown after you place the order and in the confirmation email. The order is processed once payment is received.

All payments are in VND. PayPal and foreign-currency payments are not accepted for domestic customers.

Refunds

When an order is cancelled or a return is accepted, the refund is paid by bank transfer to the account you provide within 7 working days of mutual confirmation.
