Delivery

Carriers: GHTK, Viettel Post and express couriers within HCMC. Estimated times: HCMC 1–2 days; other provinces 2–5 days. A tracking number is sent by email/phone so you can track on the carrier’s website. You may inspect goods on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Deadline: within 7 days of receipt (please report melted or dented goods at inspection on delivery). Process: contact info@stonehill.vn / +84 865 500 250 with the order number and photos/video → Stone Hill confirms within 24 working hours → exchange or refund per our Payment policy. Return shipping is paid by Stone Hill when the fault lies with Stone Hill or the carrier (damaged, wrong item, not as described). Goods not matching their description are always taken back.
